The staff are so lovely and helpful. The pool is very nice

The rooftop bar and seating area were not available during our stay - the AstroTurf had been half ripped up and the bar is empty. The shower head was a little dirty, but otherwise the room was clean enough. Hot water was just warm but that’s fine in this climate.

Satisfactory.

Breakfast was way too expensive for the menu present Room was comfortable, the daily upkeep however, can be improved a bit more. I didn't have much of a view because my window opened to the back of the property, the foot of a mountain which had 2 shanties looking over. I had to keep my curtains closed.

Either lower the cost of the breakfast buffet, or improve the menu. Dailly servicing of the room can be improved. Guests should not need to request for refill of water, coffee, hand soap. The room didn't even provide shampoo, and the tooth paste that came with the toothbrush has a doubtful scent. I dare not use it. I always bring my own tho, so best to bring your own.

Mixed Review

The hotel is nice and you can walk to the center pretty easily. Room was spacious, decent pressure and hot water in the shower. Swimming pool is small but we thought it was enough as you can't easily access a beach in that part of Coron. Rooftop with amazing views of Coron bay. We got a free drink on arrival (cocktail was not good but still a nice gesture).

Breakfast was a buffet and was really not good, glad it was not automatically included as we went to get breakfast somewhere else. Rooftop cocktails were not nice and the setting would be much nicer with a bit more decoration and atmosphere, a small investment would go a long way. Overall it's a decent hotel, however the staff lied to us when it was time to get back to the airport. We really needed to leave at 1 pm and said we'd get a tricycle if the van was not ready so we could be at the airport by 1.30 pm, they said they'd have the van ready and make it work, but in the end, made a second stop at a different hotel and we waited half an hour there...we got to the airport really later than what was discussed, just for them to get the money. Definitely not good.

The ocean view from our room was amazing. The location was nice and quiet but still within walking distance from the town.

The shower was terrible. we had either extremely cold or extremely hot water, no in between. Breakfast was also terrible and extremely overpriced for what it was. The pool is also a lot smaller than shown in the pictures but still nice.

i think they have bed bugs or other bugs...staff says they don't have bed bugs. the rooms are badly painted. the painter was very sloppy. the hotel had a lot of free rooms and the staff did not give us an early check in option. fungus and mold in the bathroom. noisy air conditioning

-Location was prime for going into town at night, and accessible to all the excursions. -The staff was very friendly and attentive when needed. -Booking tours through the hotel was better than doing it via online services like viator and such.

-The breakfast was overpriced for what you could get in town for 1/2 the costs. -The aircon in the room dramatically dried us out at night, leading to feeling groggy in the morning. -Decent amount of mosquitos in the room, would have been nice to have a trap or something...

Good location and good value

The location was great. It's next to Mt. Tapias and in walking distance to the souvenir shops and restaurants. The room was clean when we checked in and it had the basic necessities needed. Everything was in walking distance and easy to catch the local tricycle if you get tired.

Although the location is great, it is uphill and it could be difficult for some people going back to the hotel. There were mosquitoes in the room as well. They provided us with just one key card so if you are traveling in a group have separate activities, you would have to ask for assistance opening your room door, which could take some time. The front desk is not open 24hrs so if youre checking out early in the morning and need to settle the tab, you can only pay in cash as the security guard assists you.
